Slimming program
 Žygimantas Lapėnas: program author and manager.
 Scranton College (the USA) graduate, certified specialist in nutrition and fitness.
 He is in the field of healthiness for 19 years already: worked at Biržai specialized school of sports and at Likėnai sanatorium in Lithuania. Additionally, he studies health and physical activeness at Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education, Faculty of Biomedicine.
 Slimming program is an integrated program for reducing body fat, balancing and toning muscles. In its essence it is more than a slimming program. It is a program for healthy lifestyle, wellbeing, wellness; it helps to systematically and gradually switch to a lifestyle that promotes health. Thanks to individual workouts it balances muscles and thus stops joint pain, and thanks to suitably selected physical load and corrected nutrition it normalizes amount of fat in the organism.

          -get rid of back, joint pain;
          -improve body lines;
          -reduce amount of fat;
          -make muscles sturdier and give tone to them;
          -strengthen bones and joints;
          -feel healthy, buoyant and full of energy;
          -learn to live healthily.
 The program has been designed following the principles and main rules of nutrition and planning of individual load, biomechanics of movements:
          -temperance;
          -variety;
          -being balanced.
 Throughout the program, an individual approach to a client is applied - programs of both exercising and nutrition are set up taking into consideration the client’s requests, genetics, testing results, problem areas, lifestyle and nutrition habits. Recommended duration of the program is at least 24 weeks that are divided into 2 cycles: introductory and working, during these cycles a client being under supervision of a specialist is improving his/her body by soaking up the principles of a healthier lifestyle.
 Slimming program step by step:
          -filling in and analysis of the health and nutrition questionnaires;
          -performance and analysis of functional tests intended to evaluate physical condition;
          -measuring the fatty and useful body mass by using body resistance analyzer;
          -drawing up the nutrition program and the individual workouts;
          -individual workouts and consultations about nutrition;
          -periodical evaluation of the results, their analysis and consultations when the
           duration of the program is over.
 The slimming program consists of 15 personal workouts.
Consultations about nutrition and tests are done according to the need.
